Lodging:
We are glad that we were able to secure more rooms but you have to make your reservations as soon as possible so as allow us to book them for you. As explained previously, the total price is 50 Euros per day with breakfast and dinner included; lunch will be served on the conference site. Buses are available for transportation from your place of residence to the conference site.
P.S: The rooms will available only during the conference period. Meaning, earliest check in will be August 24th and the latest check out will be August 29th. Five nights in total for those who check in on August 24th. Participants deciding to stay after the conference must arrange lodging for themselves for the days after the conference.
